This 1930 Model A "A-Toon" owned and built by "Rutter" himself (Bob Rutlidge of Hickory, NC) has turned heads and bolstered hearts ever since it could take to the road! This twelve-year build has finally been shown at many events from NSRA to Goodguys to the Detroit Autorama and more and has won many awards!
