This 2014 Chevrolet Corvette received a major performance upgrade at Squid's Rod Shop, replacing its factory LT1 V8 with a rebuilt, supercharged GM LT4 engine featuring a Brian Tooley Racing (BTR) Stage 2 camshaft.
The conversion involved much more than a straightforward engine swap. Our team performed extensive electrical and wiring modifications to integrate the LT4 powertrain into a Corvette originally equipped with the LT1. From adapting the engine wiring and supporting electrical systems to completing the mechanical installation, the project required careful planning and attention to detail to ensure proper functionality and reliability.
The result is a C7 Corvette transformed with supercharged LT4 performance, an upgraded camshaft, and the seamless integration expected from a professionally executed engine conversion.
