Shipping & Lead Times
We work to process orders and arrange shipment as quickly as possible, with a goal of shipping available items within 24 hours. This is a goal, not a guaranteed ship date.
Many products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer and may be delivered by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
Some items are made to order or produced on a just-in-time basis. Products such as radiators, headers, frame stubs and grille inserts may require approximately two to six weeks before shipment, depending on the manufacturer and product.
When we learn that an order will not ship in a timely manner, we'll make an effort to notify you of the delay.
Returns & Manufacturer Warranties
Contact us before returning any item. All returns require approval and a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Include a copy of the original invoice with an authorized return.
Returned merchandise must be in new condition, and acceptance is subject to our approval and any applicable manufacturer requirements.
Aftermarket products are subject to the warranty policies of their respective manufacturers. Depending on the product and manufacturer, restocking fees, shipping charges and applicable transaction costs may affect the amount refunded, where permitted.
When an error is attributable to Squid's Rod Shop, we will address the associated correction or replacement costs for which we are responsible.
